Must Have Coffee slogan didn’t hold up as there was a long interval at breakfast with no coffee available. Also, the pancake machine was broken. Also, there were not biscuits for a lot of the morning. room key system was down so everyone had to be escorted to their rooms initially and then we had to tag team letting each other in the room after that. otherwise nice.
