Clean room, like the choice of both firm and soft pillows. Good breakfast options.
Parking design not the best especially with all the cars from a teenager party that had to be ran off by the cops.

The breakfast was really exceptional. I'm a foodie and I don't usually like hotel provided breakfasts. However, yours was excellent. Thank you for a good start on my drive home!
Everything was really great except that the cleaning agents used left a strong odor in the room. I would suggest something with less fragrance. I have allergies and I had to open the window for a few hours to air out the room.

The hallway was quite noisy in the morning. When my key card stopped working and I needed a new one, I was not carded before she just asked my room number and gave me a new one. I would have preferred to have my ID checked for sec

Bed was not comfortable. The bathroom toilet was too low.

It wasnt their fault but kids were running up and down the hall. We could hear jumping around in the room . It was noisy all night.

The bed was very hard. Toilet was loose and wobbled. Bathroom floor was dirty.

The location
The door to my room did not shut easily as I was leaving so each time I left the room I had to pull the door so hard it would slam. Really loud. I had to go to my car at around 11:30 pm. I felt bad because I probably woke people up just because I had to slam the door shut after Ieft.

The location and price were great. But they had some issues. One elevator was not working. Hot breakfast was not available. Pool was closed. And shower in our room was not working. We stayed one night so it was fine, but I would not return.

I had requested a room on the first floor so that my elderly father-in-law didn't have to walk as far, and the hotel met my requests and the location of the room was perfect.
