Staff was very friendly.

Only one elevator. It was difficult to maneuver luggage cart in and out of elevator. Electrical outlet in bathroom was about to fall off wall and only one outlet worked.

I made this booking for my son who had the same name as me. Except for the middle initial. The hotel would not let him check in. Never had this problem before. They had my card number shouldn't been a problem.

Everything was exceptional. Pump shampoo and conditioner in shower is much nicer and easier to use rather than individual small bottles. Kuric coffee in room is another step above the average.

The remodel of the room is a fail. The craftsmanship was awful: toilet 2” off square and didn’t work properly. AC unit was filthy and unable to use due to mildew smell. TV and thermostat both crooked. Tile work around shower surround unfinished. It was almost comical and way below the standards we expect from Holiday Inn. Off-road entry was awful and very difficult to find - no signage and poorly lit. This was by far the worst Holiday Inn we’ve experienced - ever. On a positive, the gal working the breakfast buffet was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. She started off our day of travel with a smile. Our apologies for not providing better photos - too tired to document.

Everything was great! Room was perfect and the staff was very friendly. If I ever come back to Byram, this will be the only place I will stay at.
