Ample parking, smooth checkin/checkout process, pleasant staff, very clean bathroom with bidet and heated seat toilet, room was clean. Breakfast was complete. Location is perfect!

Nothing that mattered much. The keurig coffeemaker in the room had a rusty water reservoir and so I ended up not using it. There was coffee downstairs anyway.

This holiday inn was exceptional. The friendly staff and cleanliness made this hotel outstanding.

Address of hotel does not match address on GPS so got lost and had to call the hotel for directions

The cleanliness was amazing.......the shower water pressure wasn't like getting spit on. The bed was comfy....I forgot to check for.bed bugs but I'm hopeful it was clean. My kids wanted to swim but we ran out of time. Also excellent pile of bacon for breakfast.

I'm hoping to be able to get deals to lower the costs for.future stays. Other than that we will be staying there while our kid is in college I'm tired of being disappointed

clean, up to date furnishings. had a 2 queen bed room and the beds were comfortable. staff were friendly. the breakfast was good for covid times, they let you order and will have your food in a to go container. just remember to let them know when you plan to pick it up.

Location is excellent for us, the facility and our room were very well cleaned, staff was very friendly and helpful, we were only there one night, but it was very pleasant

The only issue was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet by the far wall at the base of the air conditioner. We didn't notice it until the day we were leaving, and we did let management know about it. It may have been easily missed by cleaning staff, not well lit in that area, and didn't cause us any inconvenience or distress.
