Close to airport, had a shuttle, clean and comfortable
When we were checking in the front desk let us know that they gave our room to someone else and was very unapologetic about it. However when my husband spoke to the manager he made it right and we were happy

We went and we was very tired they let us wait more then 30 minutes because they didn’t found the call reservation I show them the email with the confirmation and still can’t found it after 30 minutes said to me show me the charge and the reservation, I did show them both will a welcome email from the hotel , after that told me okay we will give you a room but we need to charge your credit card for only $1 then i surprise they charged me $1 + $270

I didn't like when I called in about the shuttle information, the woman's phone presence was rushed and bordered on rude.

Close location to the airport as we were overnighting for an early morning connecting flight. Cleanliness of the room and overall comfort made the one night stay enjoyable for my children and I.
Honestly there wasn't anything that I did not like about the hotel. We left early in the morning so did not have time to enjoy breakfast. Next time for sure we will.

Nice location, clean and comfortable rooms.
At check out the gentleman behind the front desk was a little rude. It seemed like he didn't have time or didn't want to answer our questions - it was like we were interrupting him.

I asked for a pick up shuttle from the airport to the hotel, no reply… also paid a 20 dollar deposit which I never got back. 5 day’s has passed!

Shuttle service to and from. The driver was very kind. Comfortable beds, good size room.
The price of breakfast was high so we didn't have it. No pool!

The room was clean and well-appointed. I did not sample the breakfast and was disappointed that there were no options nearby for eating in the evenings. Shuttle to the airport was very useful.
Area is very new and still under developement, local map would have been helpful with shops and transport links marked.

I tried to order Starbucks before I left, but after 10 minutes of standing at the counter no one came to take my order :( other than that, no other problems!

Love the staff there, friendly! Parked and left my vehicle for two weeks, the availablity of the shuttle to and from the airport. Cant ask for a better place and people. Thank you

As per booking.com property description, breakfast is $12 per person per night, however when I enquired about the same I understood that there was no such option. The property has a starbucks style counter where they make breakfast as per your order and each item varies in cost. The location is not good and there is nothing nearby to get breakfast. So not a good option for families with young kids.
Not sure why the housekeeping was not done on two of our rooms. I had to ask for coffee and towels.

The shuttle to and from the airport, made traveling easier.
Booked and paid for my travel through Booking.com, but hotel charged me a second time for the same amount charging me twice, and I am still working with the hotel to get my money back. I can defiantly say they are not making it easy and are trying to deflect the pay issue to Booking, but the issue is with the hotel.

What breakfast are you speaking of? I was understanding that it was included in our room rate. So we go down to the main level, expecting to see a buffet type "continental" breakfast. Not so. There was a Starbucks there, charging huge prices for coffee, muffin and cup of fruit ($19.00). I have looked back in my correspondence and see several instances where it says "breakfast is included". It was one of the main reasons that I chose your hotel. Our flight from France arrived at IAD at 5:00 PM (on time). By then we had been awake for almost 24 hours and knew that we could noy drive home. So stayed with you.

We only stayed one night for a layover flight so can’t speak to well to this but it was excellent for the one night. Room came with a coffee maker, mini fridge and your very own microwave 🤩 There is even a small restaurant downstairs which worked for us to get a quick bite. Food was excellent but a bit pricey. Had enough for breakfast the next morning at 5 AM though 😏
Hotel was in an area full of other hotels. Not much to see or do within walking distance for one night overnight stayers such as myself.

It was near the airport and they had a free shuttle service.
No free breakfast. And they DOUBLE CHARGED ME AFTER I PAID ONLINE THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND WONT RETURN MY CALLS TO HAVE THE DUPLICATE CHARGE REMOVED

The airport shuttle is unreliable. I spent an hour trying to get a ride calling every possible number and extension with no answer. Following my 14 hrs flight and after being waiting for an hour in the heat, had to take an Uber and paid 20$ . Would have saved money and had a better value and less hassle is I booked another hotel, which shuttle made the trip 3 times while I was waiting.
Because of Courtyard by Marriott I paid more and had a worse day than my last 10 booking with other hotels around DC Dulles. Courtyard NEVER AGAIN

Close to airport, relatively clean
The table underneath the TV should be moved to the corner of the room so it is easier for guests to move inside of the room without stubble over the chair and table. The refrigerator is not functioning so well. Bottle of Water is so expensive at the lobby store. Most of the hotels give complimentary two bottles of water to each room everyday
