Spacious, comfy, great location and staff.
Our room didn't have a balcony or microwave, and no breakfast. Their bistro and snack counter was a little expensive, we ate out.

The property was clean and everything and it was great but the first night was crazy because we didn’t have power for 2 hours
Didn’t have power for 2 hours on the first stay and that I requested a room with balcony and didn’t get it.

there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room . we informed the staff and they attempted to minimize the smell by spraying the room. the smell was less overwhelming but nonetheless it was still lingering in the room

I didn’t like my room, I booked a room with balcony and I didn’t get it. The overnight front desk person was very rude about the situation. She wanted to refund me my money at 11:00 pm at night instead of trying to help me.

The front desk….not another guest…kept complaining about our kids and made us leave, this hotel should specify that it is not a kid friendly hotel.
