The TVs didn't work, the phones didn't work, not enough toiletries, the toilet not clean, ice machine on the 2nd floor broken.unable to reach front desk for help since the phones are not working

Beautiful hotel, classy and elegant. Nicely decorated rooms with a pretty view of crepe myrtles. Clean and nicely updated. Near everything. Friendly staff. Grand foyer makes a great first impression.

The tub kept filling up when we showered, the sink also filled up. The wifi wasn't working all the time. Place didn't smell clean, it smelled like an old musty motel.

No breakfast despite photos on Booking.com showing a bustling bar/cafe.
Booking.com had photos of a sparkling swimming pool. I called Booking.com to ask of the pool was open and was told it was. In reality, the pool has been closed for 3 plus years.

The only things I liked were the two employees working there and the bed was comfy.
The hotel smelled funny, everything seemed to be broken or closed inside the hotel, there were padlocks on doors and some of the room numbers were laying on the floor.

The location of the hotel was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel was old nothing worked right, the rooms need to be upgraded. I had to go to the front desk 3 times because my key wouldn’t work. The room smelled like dog because the bed skirt wasn’t cleaned and had clumps of dog hair on it!

No internet for the entire stay. Had work to do. Expect a partial refund. Most of the hotel had service. Notified them right away.

Key didn’t work when I got to room. Had to switch rooms. The tub wouldn’t drain properly even after a maintenance person visited room.

The bathroom had hair in it. The floor was icky in the bathroom. The hallways had an odor. The elevators didn’t work in the morning. We had to walk down 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. The bedding was comfortable.

Hotel was OK.
Booking.com double-booked me, then when both were canceled I was charged anyway. I paid the room directly, so in total I paid 3 times. Customer service wouldn't send my email and by phone they hung up on me. Owed 1207.40. Email [email protected]
