II’m was off the main road we assumed it would be quiet
Loud super loud couldn’t sleep ppl next to us up all night loud child, dumped ice chest on floor at 6 am!!

Breakfast was decent.
I paid almost $400 for a suite and got a regular king with a jointed room. Very dissatisfied and will not go back.

Beds were soft! Shower was great with good water pressure and the dove soaps were a big perk! The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious.

The room was as expected and similar to other hotels in the price range.
To say they offered a hot breakfast was a bit aspirational. The sausage, biscuits and gravy were cold and the scrambled eggs tray remained empty throughout our meal. The pancake maker was not working and the staff were unable to assist with the issue. The juice machine was out of order and a sign directed us to the refrigerator for juice containers. (there were none)

several things not working. hot tub, so pool was unavailable, our heater ran too hot, coffee at breakfast tasted awful and I am usually not picky about coffee.

The spacious of the suite and the pool/hot tub was amazing great staff went above and beyond
Nothing just wish had more options vendors/drink wise I would like to see gold peak unsweet tea other than that it was amazing couldn't had found a better to stay

didn’t get 2 queen size beds per reservation. Front desk said we have should have not booked on booking.com since it doesn’t provide accurate information. One of the guests had to sleep on a pull out.Holiday Inn shouldn’t use booking.com if it is not recommended for guests to use it!!

The suite was pretty much what was pictured. Clean hotel.
No pool towels is about the only thing we can say.

i was given 2 different rooms that had not been cleaned at all before getting my final room that was still not in the best condition.

Bed was comfy room was clean hotel was well kept, and breakfast on Saturday Sunday was normal eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles ect
House keeping knocked on our door at 9 when checkout was not till 11 and we had be given extra hour so that kinda was no good
