In general the hotel was pretty nice
Is very expensive for the service that they offer, they never clean the room, if you need something you have to look for the personal because most of the time there was never someone in the reception. I asked twice for the cleaning room services and they never did. I think that for the price it should be better at least the service

When I booked the room it was for a room that has the bedroom off the main living area, that’s what I paid for but it’s not what I got.

We lost power and the window leaked all over the floor. Also the cancelation policy should be different during an emergency.
