The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was entertaining, had a great ambiance, and was clean. Breakfast was a great plus. I will definitely stay again if I need to come back to this area.

Wish I could have used the electric fireplace in the room.

Will return from our fair we were tired and we could not get in our room as none of the key cards worked and even when the night manager came to use her key it did not work either so a guess who stayed there figured that the battery in the door did not work the manager Dan called the off-duty manager and he tried several calls and it did not work and the problem was emotional support dog was at the door inside of them while we were working on A guess who was staying there actually had to go in manually with a screwdriver to change the batteries as he figured out that the door did not work it caused havoc as my wife has an emotional support dog and it stressed her out and no one offered a courtesy a partial refund or anything we are going to try to book a trip in Orlando from November 18 to the 21st at the straight bridge suitesPlease contact me as this trip is in two weeks 813-562-8351

No warm eggs without cheese

It seems to market itself as upscale but it’s really just a middle of the road hotel. So I think for the same money a person could probably find nicer accomdations.

new fresh place. fantastic suites with separate sleeping rooms. huge rooms. beautiful resort like grounds with pool, pond, volleyball, grill areas.

Hotel seemed new so nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Location had no services nearby- food, gas, etc. Room was nice but walls must be very thin and noise from neighbors talking was loud.
