Dirty carpet in the room. Zink inside the livingroom, so no privacy from others. Too close to highway and train. Hotel receptionist appeared in bad mood, did not welcome you. Seemed indifferent when I cancelled the room after 2 hours. I will never ever come back to this hotel again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the maids, the customer service was really top notch. I also liked the breakfast and snack options. It helped me complete my busy day without having to travel multiple places.

The room had reddish/pink stains on multiple parts of the floor that made me feel it was dirty in other places as well. The A/C was cranked up but still I had to sleep with no covers to stay cool.

la habitación muy bien, salimos en un vuelo muy temprano y nos lelvaron al aeropuerto, no nos dio tiempo de desayunar, la alberca agradable y limpia

The breakfest

Photos from the website were altered to seem bigger. The rooms were small as well as the pool and gym. The pool closed at 9pm which was full of kids so the adults had no free time.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with information.

It was in a great location and had additional garage parking.

The facility was really clean and the staff was very nice. I went to my first room and the previous guest smoked and the room smell like cigarettes. I told the front desk and they moved me to a different room very quickly. They were super sweet and helpful.

Parking was quite difficult and we had to pay to park.

Llegamos 3 horas despues del check in y no tenian la habitación lista, cobraron $30 dolares !!!!!! Por un estacionamiento que no use porque ni carro tenia en ese momento, las almohadas llenas de cabello🥴 demasiado chico el estacionamiento 🙃no lo recomiendo y ni volvere a reservar en este lugar..

The Property was nice.

The staff was very rude, had the worst attitude as soon as we walked in, also I was charged a parking spot fee when I specifically told the person checking us in that we took a Uber, it was a whole $30 extra. Never staying there again.

Удобный отель для ночевки-транзита во время перелетов. Большой номер с 2 кроватями и диваном. Чисто, хорошая ванная, есть микроволновая печь, раковина. Есть завтрак и вечером работает хороший ресторан, можно сделать заказ в номер. Трансфер в аэропорт.

Не нравятся кондиционеры, сложно регулировать температуру в комнате.

Picked this hotel for its shuttle from O'hare's terminal 5. It arrived in less than 10 minutes. The shuttle driver was also gracious enough to drop us by the Cumberland blue line metra stop in the morning. Breakfast buffet was much better than I expected!

Price could have been better but it was the lowest in the area. I probably just have to get used to the higher hotel prices.

Comfort bed like that there was a sofbed. Great water pressure in the shower . Love that there was an iron and blow dryer. Very important 👏 loveed the young man that came in the evening that looked Hispanic customer service attitude, Skills, and personality 👏.

We didn't know there was breakfast. We also didn't like how the female staff greeted my fiance. When I first arrived the tall Gentleman was not friendly. He looked like didnt even want to be there or bothered with any questions. No hair conditioner refill in the shower.

I loved how friendly and kind the front desk staff were. It’s very rare to have genuine kindness from hospitality staff nowadays. The price point was also very reasonable and I feel we got a deal for our stay. It felt very safe and quiet which is a huge win.

The bathroom in my room needs some heavy cleaning and updating. The vents were almost black with years of dust and debris. The towel rod was extremely loose and fell off at one point. The sliding door for the closet was basically broken. The shower floor was cracked and had dirt in there.

La habitación súper amplia, la cama deliciosa y el desayuno bueno para empezar el día. La estación de metro queda a 10 min caminando y es fácil para poder movilizarte.

La habitación superó mis expectativas, me gustó el área del sofá y la cocineta la habitación muy cómoda y adicional que incluya el desayuno permite tener la comodidad de bajar de la habitación y tomarlo y no tener que andar buscando donde desayunar

Here's why this was the worst stay of my life: 1) There was NO HEATING when it was 40 degrees fahrenheit (~4 degrees celcius) outside. The staff told us that the AC was still set to the summer mode and there was nothing they can do until they heard back from corporate / manager. The room was FREEZING and everybody in the hotel was so angry 2) The room was not clean: there were BROWN STAINS IN THE BATHTUB and lots of hair in the carpet. 3) Breakfast was disappointing with very few options. I'd rather pay for breakfast outside rather than have that breakfast for free 4) Location is very far from city center. Access to the Cumberland station from the hotel is not as easy as advertised and Blue Line trains are very unreliable. We had to take an Uber twice after waiting for 30 minutes for the train
