Location
The room looked dirty old furniture an bad service , I asked for new sheets on the second day and. It was not done until I went to the front desk for the 3 rd time. For the price wasn’t worth it

Location and parking
Carpets were disgusting in the room. Poor lighting. No magnifying mirror. Limited tiny shampoo etc. Mattress was worn out. No extra blanket. The room layout in all our rooms was odd. The bathroom was immediately at the entrance of the room and the door opened so that when it was open it blocked the ability to move unobstructed from the bed area to the bathroom. Marriott should be ashamed of this place.

The breakfast selection was great. The room was nice with the sofa and I liked being able to open the window.
I like a softer mattress and we had to ask for an extra blankets. Two out of three mornings there was only grape jelly. Staff looked for more but said only found more grape flavor. Front door had to manually open and close.

Staff were friendly
Kitchen garbage cans were very dirty, furniture in lobby very dated and dirty, Carpet in rooms was dirty.

Convenient location right on highway. Enough parking.
Shower was not the cleanest. Made me question how clean the rest of the room was. The breakfast served in the morning said they were out of everything then a member in our group said as soon as the various sports teams left they fully stocked the food.

The complimentary breakfast was very good and the breakfast room is nice and spacious.
The location is very practical when you come from Phoenix; you don't have to get into Tucson before reaching your hotel, and the parking is free.
The staff was nice and helpful.
I needed to attend two online meetings, and the small business center was perfect for that.
The late check-out time makes packing and departing stress-free.
There was a little kitchen in the room and coffee was also available in the hall. All that for an honest price (at least off-season). We plan to come back for another weekend trip sometime this year, as there are other things we want to visit in Tucson and this is a very good place to stay to explore the area. (It was a good option to visit Biosphere 2)
The sofa bed my son used was perfect for a 12-year-old, probably less so for an adult in terms of mattress thickness, but there two comfortable double beds in the room already so you don't have to use the sofa unless you are five. The pool could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, we loved our stay there! Very relaxing.

Breakfast was fine. The bed was very comfortable. The location is good for visiting family.
The furniture is looking worn, as is the cabinetry. One drawer would not stay shut. The room felt a bit dark.

Perfect location , great view of the mountians. Many food and stores but felt secluded at the same time.
The front desk were very kind and friendly.
We had a lot of bugs in our room, a lot coming in through the window. Their were white stains all over the couch. The ottoman was also stained and dirty. The carpet looks extremely old and dirty as well.
The eggs, bacon and sausage tasted like powder and fake food. Very upsetting for the breakfast.
The pool was green and dirty. Hot tub out of order and grill. Been like this for months.

The breakfast; pool; jacuzzi and everything was brilliant. Clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The 24-hour coffee in reception and reading nook an asset.
There was nothing wrong

The view was impeccable. Simply gorgeous. The rooms were huge also. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice for hubby and I to sit out there while they played.
I would have been nice if the mattress was a little bit more comfortable. It was a little too firm for me and hubby.

The room needs updating.

It's a good quality, comfortable, clean hotel. Good restaurant options next door. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for my needs as I had activities in that district.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the last day I came down with the flu and was sick during the night. Two ladies working downstairs helped my boyfriend put together a little meds kit that included tea, cough drops and other meds to help me. That was so appreciated!!
Only the A/C didn't stay on and it was a little stuffy, but not too bad.

it was a nice location.
- the mattress in the couch was very old so the springs were poking in my back
-one of the duvets on the queen bed had a brown stain on it.
-the room had a very bad smell in it when we arrived.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Disappointed with the breakfast. Eggs were from a carton and were void of flavor. No decaf coffee. OJ was watery on the first morning but improved by morning two.
TV needed service. Was repaired by evening two. I was provided a discount for this inconvenience though.
Pillows were way too soft. They compressed down so far that they didn't provide any support. Bed was too hard.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of items to choose from.
The breakfast times could have been longer, it is only 2 hours and 2 1/2 to 3 hours would be better for those of us that sleep in.

Excellent breakfast. We couldn’t believe how comfortable the bed was. Great having a little kitchenette with micro and fridge. Very pleasant, helpful staff.
Nothing I can think of.
