i did not like that we have to pay for wifi. I spend over $200 for 1 night. WIFI SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!! FREE!!

i love the staff, very friendly and professional. My room was awesome. very clean and quiet. Love that the windowns opened a little for the cool air to get in. Very nice view from my room.

I wanted to stay one more week but staff and online help were not able to extend me. My wife booked possibly 3 Rd party and there seems to be a gap from actual staff being authorized to make changes to itinerary. This was a headache and when on check out asked staff at front desk if I could stay another week, they said they were full and so I had to leave. Sounds like being a non-revenue passenger on flights but that you didn't pay. I'm a customer that should be able to extend my stay even if 3rd party made the reservation, this is the gap I'm talking about.

Location was convenient

Great value for the money. Took ferry from Seattle to Bremerton. Evening concert at the Admiral Theater. All walking distance from the ferry terminal. No need for a car.

The facilities were beautiful. Staff were great. We actually had a view of the sound in between buildings, of course. Location was perfect. We were able to drive to our family's house and to restaurants, antiques stores, etc. with ease. Loved it.
