Location was great, comfy bed, fair decor.

Not a helpful experience. My kid got a high fever and we had to leave after one night of staying, let them know 2 hours after check in and they wouldn’t give any form of credit for the second unused night and weren’t flexible at all.

The limited amount of parking. The televisions are extremely old. The pillows were too soft.

Nothing. It was a motel on the side of the road.

It did not live up to it’s description. Breakfast was included and was eaten in a hallway or on a veranda alongside a very noisy road.

Key cards were good for 1x use. Constantly going to front office to re code cards. Super annoying. Ceiling fan and light failed. Laundering facility was out of order. Fitness room - may as well not have one.

Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, bread and pastries to go. They have a wine cocktail hour with snacks, cookies, pretzels and Hershey's chocolates.

The room was overpriced for a small room with no water view.

The location was great and the staff was excellent. We were able to check out bikes from the sister hotel across the street and explore downtown, the beach and the funk zone. They also had nice toiletries in the room. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and it was nice.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC was very loud. We also booked a Queen room but it had a double bed. It was very clean but not well maintained or updated.

Tea and coffee is available throughout the day as well as afternoon snacks. Free use of the bicycles - very nice touch. Jesus was the perfect host

I would prefer receiving a reduced nightly rate and forfeit the breakfast.

It’s in a great location, close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to State Street. It’s set in a very pretty garden and our room was very comfortable. We loved the additional touches of champagne in the fridge on arrival, wine in the afternoon and the lavender bag on the bed. It was an added bonus to have a light breakfast available and free parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

we were told quiche served at breakfast but it was just Jimmy Dean little frittatas and they weren’t in a warming tray and were cold.

The location was excellent just a 400m walk to the beach a little further to the harbour and wharf. staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Our room, even though we had been upgraded, was a bit tired and worn. aircon was difficult to operate, noisy and not efficient. Breakfast was very limited.
