Gaby from housekeeping was amazing and the entire housekeeping crew as well as all the front staff and they were on top of everything that I had questions about our needed —they were very helpful.
People coming in and out throughout the night in the parking lot—lots of noise in those areas.

The price & the room was clean
During the entire stay the smoke alarm chirped the entire time due to a low battery. I informed front desk of this issue and they never came to fix it
When given directions as to the location of the room could have been a little bit more clear

Basic amenities were available. Location ok with some restaurants and shops nearby.
Room and bathroom especially were not very clean. Aircon was extremely noisy, impossible to have on during the night. Shower drained very slowly.

Rooms need some extra maintenance, the pool looked like a murder scene with yellow danger tape

The location and amenities are great. The lady at the Check in was super friendly.
Our room would need a deep clean. so much dirt in the corners, other peoples hair in the shower and dirty sheets on one of the beds.

The room was very clean and comfortable and looked like it had recently been upgraded. We didn't have breakfast there as we were going to breakfast with friends.
The room we were in faced the main road between Fresno and Clovis and was extremely noisy. At 2:15 a.m. we heard very noisy neighbors laughing, talking and cussing and again at 4:20 a.m: I would ask for a room further away from the main road next time!

The staff was nice & check in was easy.
To be fair this place is ALWAYS my go to. However the noise that night from the other guest was just too much.
