We booked a 2 queen suite which had a sofa bed. Large room. Appeared very clean. Loved the walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The suite is divided into two rooms. Comfy beds. Two tvs. Perfect for traveling group of 5. The hotel appears recently remodeled. Indoor pool, but we didn't have the opportunity to use it this trip. The rate was reasonable for what we got. Staff were friendly. Check-in and out were smooth. Right next to Prescott mall.

Holiday Inn Express is our hotel of choice whenever we travel, whether it's for work or for vacation. The staff was great, the room was comfy and clean, nice sized bathroom, and the breakfast selections were great. As I have said in other reviews, a good breakfast included with the room is one of the main things I look for when booking a hotel.

I booked on line and minutes later needed to cancell. Call them directly would not cancell due to 1. Within 24 hours of stay. 2. Because I used booking.com. Then tried to work through booking.com, they contacted property still no refund. Seriously, I’m talking 8 minutes between clicking and talking to front desk and them saying no way took much longer to get in contact with the web site . As much Ias I have stayed at holiday inns for business, I now went into business travel preferences and removed HI AND IHG from preferred got me once, never twice. Hope the $130 you got from me make you proud - pure profit!

There were about 5 or 6 cockroaches in my room and it was late to complain but i hope someone can fix that.
