Loved the spaciousness of the suite.
The breakfast was not the greatest, waffle machine broken, and ran out of eggs and not replaced in a timely manner.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable
The gentleman when checking in was not 03/01/2024 5p. Asked for a ice bucket never received in 2 days. Checked out Sunday 03/03/2024 went to get coffee @7a was told by front desk
“if it’s empty that’s the breakfast staff totally different from us” What? Terrible breakfast.Wet powered eggs,rubbery sausage & broken waffle maker

The bathroom was clean and the kitchenette was nicely setup.
The location made it difficult to drive to because the highway was very confusing.

The room was excellent, we had lots of room it was like an apartment. Pool was great. We used the grill and it was awesome. We had family over to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect place with plenty of room. We asked for a late checkout and staff was great with it.
We had issues with our toilet flushing but they came in the next morning and fixed it for us.

The pool was freezing cold. Unsure if it was heated and not working or just not heated.

Only got coffee and bagel. It was ok.
Room was dirty. Standing water in dishwasher. Insufficient amount of cups and glassware. Some dishes, but not enough for four. Old food in oven, and stovetop. Air conditioner was loud. Hard bed.

i enjoyed the comfy room and breakfast. the staff was very friendly and nice.
the waffle maker wasn’t working good but all the other breakfast items were good. the pool was very cold and wasn’t heated.

there wasn’t an iron in our room so we asked for one, front desk lady said she wasn’t in charge of
that and would have someone bring us one which never happened.

Arrived at the hotel only to be told the staff prior had overbooked and sold our room. There were no other rooms in the hotel.

Laundry facilities were poor, pool was not good, food was mediocre and staff was not always helpful.
