The set upfor refreshments and the staff.

The constant shooting and there was missing things like tub plug and few other things with floor dirty and left over food in microwave from someone else.

The room was fine for a 2 star

The Latino women at the counter very rude and lacked any customer service skills unless I was a different race very sad especially now

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Poor maintenance in the room. Tables were all scratched holes in the door that you could tell were repaired.The pool was not heated, it's very dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned it was nasty.. I had to put an $100 deposit on each room. The deposit was not mentioned when I booked. The rooms were definitely not worth what I paid. The Breakfast (if you can call it that ) we did not trust eating.
