The beds were comfortable but that is the only thing positive about this hotel.

The man at the front dest was terrible to deal with. He started out our stay there with a terrible experience. The main lobby, stairs and hallways are disgusting. The carpet is coming up and stained black were the foot traffic has been. There is not an elevator to get to the 2nd floor and they wouldn't give us a 1st floor room even though we needed one. The shower didn't have any cold water. It was either warm or hot.

This place was wonderful! The hotel staff was very friendly and always available go help. The price of the room was just right and in the best location! The breakfast simple yet perfect! Overall wonderful stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent price hotel with excellent service and quality.

The location was great! Less than 1 hr from Zion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

About what I expected except the mattress sucked. Bad on both sides if you got to close to the sides you almost fell out hatd to sleep.

Not that much; the general space of the hotel was not clean; the floors were dirty and were not vacuumed at all during our stay, the bed was small, way too soft and not comfortable. Room was out of date, small and not up to our standards. Breakfast was unimpressive, selection poor, no fresh anything.

The hotel was dirty and was not cleaned during our entire stay; I could see crumbs all over the stairs on day one and they were still there on day 3. Front desk staff was oblivious to our being there. Breakfast was poor with no fresh fruit or anything. No chair in room, no desk, bed was small and overly soft, very uncomfortable. Location was not the best for trip to Zion NP. The hotel and rooms in particular were well out of date. I would not choose to stay here again.

Had a pool, close to good restaurant. The Pig's Ear. 1 mi away or so.cheap laundry $2 wash and $2 dry. Great staff. Esp Bob at night. Manager in a.m. very amenable
