Quarto amplo e bastante confortável, com cozinha completa. Café da manhã simples, mas bem satisfatório. Ótimo para quem precisa ir ao aeroporto e com varias comodidades perto.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor e algumas coisas precisam ser modernizadas, como TV.

I liked the room. I liked the person who picked me up from the airport. He even drove me to a restaurant.

They required a call to pick me up rather than just a shuttle coming around. Who knew? I waited 45 minutes. My room was very far from the elevator. I had to really drag my luggage a long way. Somebody tried to open the door to my room at 1:30am. Woke me up and scared me. I could hear a person talking loudly on the phone at 5am in the next room. Walls are thin. So I'm afraid i didn't get a really good night's sleep. I wouldn't go back there. And their airport shuttle only operates on the top of every hour rather than every 30 minutes. So, rather than white up an extra hour early, i had to take a $25 uber. Very inconvenient.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben statt des gebuchten Zimmers ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Appartement war sehr groß , sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp gebucht , würden aber auch einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen. Der kleine Pool war für die Kinder nach dem langen Flug das Highlight. Das Frühstück typisch amerikanisch ,für jeden was dabei . Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist auch positiv zu erwähnen.

Leider hat alles nach Frittierfett gerochen ,Handtücher und Betten inkl.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was not draining properly.

The ambiance of the facility it was my home away from home.

I do not like the policy about cleaning after 3 days stay. I would have like fresh towels each day and sheets change at least once in my short stay.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Gabriel in particular, was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel property is in an ideal location. The shopping plazas are in walking distance to the property which was very convenient for my family and I. Overall an excellent stay. This was my second time staying there and will definitely not be the last!

parking price not in the description, the toilet was clogged when we arrived, called the front deskk to see if they could send me someone with a plunger to fix it and they said they would send someone, half an hour went by and nothing, called again and was told to go get the plunger from the fron desk, i did (plunger was NASTY), went up to my room to use the plunger but turns out the toilet is broken. Called the front desk again and they told me they could send maintenance the day after, i told them i paid for a room with a working toilet and i expect them to move me to another room, they finally caved in and moved us to another room but not before they told us to pack up and meet at the lobby to get us a key
