- the size of the room(s): (We had a separate bedroom and a room with a kitchenette, sofa , chair and table - the bathroom was apparently recently renovated

- the bedding / cover of the bed was awful (didn't´t feel very hygenic) - on one side the window looked out onto a parking lot, on the other it was almost dark because it looked out onto the passage for other rooms - the furniture kitchen appliances were worn, the "living room" was not a room one would want to spend a lot of time in - it smelled funny (dog?) - the walls and ceiling were thin, so that you could hear quite a lot of what was going on in other rooms

New owners who were very attentive to my needs and requests, and checked on my comfort. Location was great, walkable to the beach and restaurants, and easy access to main road / hwy.

I liked the fact that all the bathroom fixtures were streamlined and new. The room had a kitchen and a sitting room. All very nice. Not luxurious but adequate.

The bed squeaked terribly. Anytime I moved it made a sound. The parking was so tight.

It is located very close to the beach, it is well implemented in small kitchen, 2 tv very clean and nice bed. not problem for parking the car.

The staff takes great pride in keeping this place clean and tidy. I always enjoy my stay here and it's the only place I'll stay in cayucos. Four times a year at least I call this place home. Thanks Jay for always being so kind and friendly.
