The location of the hotel and our room was in front of the pool.

They said they were short staff but for being a holiday they could have hired extra staff we had to make our beds clean our room and use the same towels for 4 days straight no microwave in the room it was outside and no towels for the pool area, the place is really old and could use a remodel. Also I am allergic to dust and the ceiling fan was covered in it but you have to use it because they have a wall unit a/c and with the heat the room wouldn't get cool enough.

I loved the location of this property as the beach was right there, as well as short walk to restaurants, gas, grocery stores. The room was a great size, coffee maker, fridge, air conditioning, etc. Also loved the pool right outside my door!

I literally cried when I walked into the room. I immediately got online to find another place to stay, however, being spring break, I was unsuccessful. It was filthy and the door into the room was warped so the sun made its way in VERY EARLY every morning. You could actually see outside the gap was so large also making it difficult to keep the room cool. The decor was circa 1970 and furniture was old and beat up. Upon entering the office, there was a cat, yes a cat, on the desk, and the desk clerk said to be careful because the cat bites!!! Perhaps not the ideal location for said kitty as EVERYONE had to check in and out there. Check out time was at 11:00, so I asked if it would be ok to check out and just hang at the pool as my flight wasn’t until later that day. A gray-haired man behind the desk grunted at me and I took that as a “No”. There was an ice machine and a community microwave OUTSIDE. Needless to say, we went nowhere near it. I did not get a thank you upon checking out and the ONLY good thing about Shore Haven was it’s location. Worst experience EVER!!!

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the beach and for food/drinks. The area was very safe. Our room was huge! The owner was very accommodating and helpful!
