Could not get a key to my room.(said none available) I couldn't get a different room due to staff not coming in. I was told to leave the latch out to hold door open while I brought my luggage from car.

The room was spacious.

The room had not been properly vacuumed. We found markers or crayons we assume from the previous guest between the sofa and the ottomams.

Absolutely Nothing.

When I arrived I first walked in to a woman yelling about being charged over the amount she had on receipt. Got to hotel room, fridge was broken & making a loud noise, chair leg was broken, toilet when you flushed was making a loud noise from pipes in wall, no coffee maker, only one towel was given, comforter was stained with blood, door was missing the latch for extra security, all the furniture is old run down, carpet is stained with mold in from of fridge, behind couch was trash and dirty pillows, next morning housekeeping came early AM banging on door to see if more towels were needed, later in the day hotel manager AL opened door without knocking and let himself in saying he was there to leave towels. Then accused me of smoking in room and stated will charge my card and in fact did $100. Checkout time we were walking out the door 11:05am hotel manager AL was already at door getting ready to walk In again. This is by far one of the worst hotels and experiences I have had and I travel 2 or 3 times a month on weekends to SA. I will not be staying here. Price was way to expensive for the experience of a run down hotel that is not clean or sanitary.

The size of the room was great and awesome TV channels.

Towels were dirty, only one trash can in the whole room, no "Do not disturb" sign for door, TV was too small, check-in was too long, and the camera in the swimming pool area was unsettling.

When I arrived and went into the room there was no remote control and there was only 1 face towel. So after getting essentially what should have been in the room before renting the second day the maid service didn’t clean the tub and the tux didn’t drain so you stood in ankle high water when taking a shower….TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Rude customer service , hallway was hot, room felt stuffy even with air blowing at 65 , room had a gross smell to it went and bought febreeze , paid for 2 nights ended up only staying one because it was so uncomfortable, no breakfast at all was available, sheets felt rough thank goodness we had our own to lay out on the bed , couch was gross as well, refrigerator didn’t keep cold .

Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Restroom toilet small, shower faucet need to be replaced. Towels are wore out.Upgrade all the way around.

Very hot in the hallways. No air conditioner in the halls. No breakfast. Offered other people pastries but not everyone. Hairdryer caught my hair on fire. My friend stuck her finger on a nail in back of the chair. Took 3 hrs to get a pizza delivery. We where in town for a funeral.

Clean bedding and assume clean bathroom. Room was tidy

All minimal standard from 2 towels only no lotion. Customer service lacking waited front desk twice 10 min no one appeared. Hotel in desperate need of a remodel. Breakfast not available by 730a when advertised beginning at 6am.

Decent hotel but not worth the money

Hotel floors were very dirty and there was no breakfast as advertised. Hallways were very warm and one stairwell was dark with a non-working light.

Large rooms, everything was clean

No issues at all, except no breakfast like advertised

the hotel had bed bugs no complimentary breakfast like it said i would not recommend this to no one and frankly i dont know how you would put a hotel on here if you havent sent somebody to stay like a hotel nightmare show
