Coffee filter missing; no coffee

It was cheap.

They are in clear need of renovation. The bathrooms need shower liner curtains, the walls need work for damages made to them and neighbors leave tv’s on overnight.

The customer service was great.

The room was horrible! The ac was missing pieces, the telephone in the room was missing so many buttons and it didnt even have wires connected/ plugged in. The fridge in the room was not even cooling and my room had a horrible smell! The sheet on one of the beds was coming up and that mattress looked like it had never been thrown out it was a red/ orange color. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable at all. I got my family to bed then my self woke up early and was out! Will never stay there again.

The room was very clean and well presented. The A/C was perfect temp. The bed was well fitted with proper liners and plenty of pillows. Easy access to bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Clean microwave and fridge.

Had some trouble locking the door from the inside. The breakfast was very limited and not pleasing to the eye.

They facility was clean

The lobby looked a little dingy. There was a food truck of sorts outside and I wasn't comfortable with people back and forth. In the morning there was a staff person in the breakfast area with his phone on some type of Spanish show on and it was very loud. The breakfast items were either cold and suppose to be hot and other items were stale. No butter, only blueberry cream cheese.

This New Braunfels hotel was awesome! Not only did the staff provide great customer service, but I also scored a discount that helped me save a few bucks. Plus, all the people were nice and helpful it was so cool chatting with everyone. In short, this place was great, and I'd stay here again.
