god location, big space of the room

Great location close to the harbor and we’ll equipped room.

It was fairly cold in the room with no way to turn up the heat.

the room furniture was old , the sitting chair was dirty and I didn’t even want to sit in it. unfortunately the pillows were very old and the bedding had a strange odor. the view from my room was nice.

it smelled like urine (manager told me it was a chemical smell), old everything which I understand but on top of that everything was dirty, hair on bed, splatter marks on walls like they have never been wiped down, bed skirt hadn’t been washed in months. I booked because of the reviews being decent and I have no idea how they are decent. I had to get my money back and leave that’s how bad it was. maybe it was my room? do not stay in room 15! you will have your vacation ruined. I paid the same price down the street, closer to the water at the landing and it is night and day different. it’s so clean and no smell.

Close access to beach

I was told that I should have called 2wks in advance to keep my reservations and my reservations was already booked and when I told them I need room on 1st level because I had a senior that couldnt climb stairs they said all full.so had to get 2nd floor

AFTER the group upstairs (who sounded like a heard of elephants) went to bed I slept well, but they also woke up early and sounded like they were tap dancing above us. Beds were decent. Location was good.

The $57 dollars in "other charges" (I will at least accept the $20 for room upgrade but later was told it will be $40), so then there is $17 (or $37) in service and other charges. NOT OK. Did not sleep well due to the noise from above. very thin walls and floors apparently.

It was affordable. No frills. Does have a refrigerator and microwave. Some view of the rock.

It didn't have an elevator.

The drain in the shower was very weak, almost impossible to show in. we heard noises of people outside our room (even snoring).

Staff was extremely friendly

Small parking lot. It didn't affect me but no elevator.
