Everything was great! The front desk clerks were friendly. The place was very clean, and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Had a great stay. War Eagle!!

The beds could have been more comfortable. Most of the Hampton Inn’s that I’ve had stayed in before were comfortable.

There was just a little hair in the shower, which can happen when you clean it I guess. They only had skim milk for breakfast. There was no vitamin D nor 1 or 2 percent milk and they stated they don’t carry it anymore because their customers did not request it. If I spend that money for an night I expect regular milk. I love Hampton Inn, but I will reconsider this in the future.

Very limited selection. Small omelettes seem fake

The motel was out of soaps. They said use shampoo for showering!! The staff was uninterested in providing pleasant interaction Opelika and Auburn Univ. deserve better

Size of the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was a disappointment. It has been better. Not enough choices. The breakfast at La Quinta is a real breakfast.

I did like that the room had a lot of space and that the location is tucked off but not far from any restaurants and stores.

It seems really nice on the outside but once inside it appears very old and outdated. It even smells old especially in the stairwells. The rooms are ok but not great. Remodel needed for sure

The sink stopper in the bathroom was inoperable. We called it to the attention of the front desk clerk who said that maintnance personnel didn't work on weekends and that they would fix it on Monday. Monday came and went and it didn't get fixed.

we were assigned a room on the first floor and the room smelled very musty. It look like they had been airing out the carpet for a flood down the hall. So I don’t know if that contributed. We got transferred to a room on the third floor and it was not clean. The tub was dirty the towels did not look clean. There was black mold on the shower curtain and pink mold on the shower faucet
