Closeness to my job
No good Wi-Fi,TV is not easily navigable and the manager hasn’t the patience to help, the house keeper doesn’t clean or mop the floor, sink, bath tub and there’s lots of mosquitoes in the room at least I killed five and finally this hidden feed and their inability to refund the days I didn’t stay there when I had a family emergency and was not informed of this when I checked in

The condition of room. It lacked quality of maintenance..paint,caulking,light fixtures,shower fixture not working properly.,refrigerator or the floor not level contents kept shifting

Very dated with tile cracks. Not in the greatest of areas. Overall feel is beat down.

The AC was super loud, breakfast options limited to waffles and some packed muffins when we stayed here

Junk piled up around the pool. Didn't use the pool but wouldn't have.

The room was dusty and dirty. I ran my finger over the microwave and it left a clean spot.

The price was reasonable for a one night stay. A comfortable bed and a good night's rest was all I was looking for. The room acoustics were pretty good.
There were people lurking around at night. Not sure if they were locals or other residents. I put all my valuables inside the room just to be safe nothing happened overnight.
