The fact the roaches greeted me at the door and I went to the front desk and she gave me roach spray and then told me she didn't have any other rooms available and couldn't issue a refund because I booked thru 3party through booking.com

The whole room looked like it has seen a murder. There is graffiti on the walls, holes punched into every wall in there. The bathroom door was cracked in half, and the smoke detected was ripped out of the ceiling. Let's not forget all the holes in the bedding and mattress from one could guess was cigarette ash. Stains all over the carpet and the cabinets were missing all thier drawers and the chair for the small table the room had fell apart on first contact .

The elevator doors are broke me and my kids had to hurry in and out before it shuts and won’t open back up it keeps closing so it can possibly squish someone and sheets and towels were stained up room had a bad Oder

The parking was alright being under the building.

The room booked was supposed to be “a deluxe king”. The pictures showed a couch which was not in the room, there was graffiti all over the walls, furniture and bathroom. The “sheet” was a top sheet laid on top of the bed, no fitted sheet so most of the time we were laying on the mattress, no pillow cases, 2 rather flat pillows.
