The staff had attitudes not friendly one girl reason was she's pregnant still not an excuse to be rude to to guests if you didn't want to work stay home an miserable instead of coming to work with your attitude an making the guests uncomfortable they need people that take pride in their guests and their work ‼️‼️

Room, location and cleanliness were great! Staff was very helpful and offered a lot of good suggestions for restaurants. Beds and temperature of rooms were very comfortable.

The breakfast selection wasn't very good at all. There were just a few pieces of questionable looking fruit. It was boasted as a free breakfast, but all of the breakfast items (minus the fruit) were very expensive and required a purchase.

They didn’t have the reservation. I had to go threw company reservations n when I got there past midnight like I said they said I could check en till 7 am had to pay $240 first night and $140 the next. Plus they charged my card with $240 + $170 3 times + $150 from my card. Worst stay I’ve ever had.

The price

I booked a king-size room with a sofa. I arrived at the hotel, and I got a queen room because they were overbooked. I've only found out it is another type of room than I requested and paid for when I saw it because the lady at the reception, who said she was also the manager in charge, didn't bother to tell me from the beginning. More than this, she told me that if I book through a third party, as booking.com, I will get whatever room they have available and not the one I paid for. It was the first time I heard this. I checked out at that moment because I think I have the right to choose the type of room I am paying for. In conclusion, the staff is very rude, thing that I can't accept, not from a chain hotel as Marriott.
