Location was good. Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was excellent, very spacious, like an efficiency apartment. It had a kitchen equipped with full stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishes, cooking utensils, sink, counter space, dishwasher, small sitting bar with 2 bar stools. Additionally, it had a large desk with chair, internet. Even though the hotel was very close to the airport, I didn't hear any airplanes.
It was very late at night when I got in. I had to ask for another room, because the one originally assigned to me had cigarette smell. However, the hotel staff was very apologetic and they reassigned another room immediately.

Got in town before 8AM on 5/3/24 and left at 1AM on 5/5/24. Tried to negotiate checking in earlier and was told that it was no happening unless I paid another $45. Graduation began at 5:30 so checking in at 4 was not an option and I had to go to someone else’s home to get dressed. On 5/4/24. The bed was not made and no towels were available so we couldn’t take a shower before leaving. The morning of 5/4 they ran out of the continental breakfast, even the pancake machine that was not cooking the pancakes properly stopped working. I was wondering what am I paying for especially when they wouldn’t even let me in to dress for the graduation. After that conversation they should be on their A-game with at least me.
I should’ve written in this box so refer to the like box. I don’t plan to spend my money in a place so insensitive to my needs then come up so short on what I paid for.

Was slightly plain but for work purposes it provided a comfortable place to stay that was convenient to what we were doing there.

The breakfast was RIDICULOUS!! The reviews said it was the "best breakfast around." Imagine our surprise when it turned into a "breakfast to go" that included a muffin, juice and yogurt. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast review. We were sorely disappointed!!

we did not actually get to stay here, i had booked using my debit card and when we arrived the staff said that they would not accept the debit card i had so we went to a different hotel

Staff nice! Microwave in room didn’t work so I wasted a frozen dinner. Shuttle driver at night was terrific, helped with luggage! Driver in am OK, but not helpful with luggage.

The breakfast offered is not satisfactory. Fast breakfast at a service gas station would have been better. We made breakfast a couple of times but the pans available were extremely low quality and the food stuck to the pans.
The breakfast was terrible. The sofa bed in the room was disgusting as well as the sheets they provided for the sofa bed. This was in my daughter's room so we had to go shopping for sheets so my grandson's could sleep on the sofa bed.

Great for a close stay to the airport with a shuttle service provided. The rooms are big and good for extended stays. Not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and has everything you need. Parking for flights is $5 per night. Shuttles start at 4am from the property and simply call them when you arrive back to be picked up. Good experience overall!

I liked that the suite was like a mini apartment that had what I needed. I liked that it was clean which made me feel comfortable. I liked that the front desk staff had to buzz you in during late hours which protects them.
I did not like that sometimes I had a hard time getting in the building with my card, especially when it rained. I had to swipe it multiple times.

Location, very short at the airport.
The lady who did the checkin. We were tired and disappointed about our canceled flight. The lady has no patient with us ( we are Dutch and no native speakers). She sent us the wrong way outside and it was was raining cats and dogs, totally wet.

Great location next to the airport.
Where to start…the door on the room didn’t open unless you pulled handle up and shook it, what the desk told us. Pullout bed was filthy mattress was dirty and nasty. sinks were clogged, bathtub was filled with water from prior guests. Hallways were loud kids running around banging doors that were there for a soccer tournament all through the entire night. Internet was slow and the tv was glitchy couldn’t watch anything.
