Great spot if you’re needing to go to the PNC pavilion. Charlotte doesn’t have much public transport so Uber is the best way I got around and it was super easy going to this hotel, with freeways close by. Staff are super lovely and my room was massive and clean. The bed was really comfy!

Bed mattress could be more comfortable. Only 2 towels in the room. We asked for more and the desk said they were out of clean towels. Parking was $5 a day.

Location

The pool was dirty, the balcony was extra dirty. When i got to my room the door was cracked open so i didn’t even have to use my key. It made me feel so unsafe. The room was stuffy.

The location to the highway, local eateries and venue.

Room was dirty sticky stuff all on table and remote had to wipe down things myself, the first thing I do when I check in hotels is check the beds. There was hair all in between the sheets and ants everywhere even all on the bed. Bath tub had a yellow stain all around it and fridge was not clean at all.

Excellent location! We were close to everything we needed during our stay.

We wished that the pool was open. Also the sliding glass door lock was not working. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
