I liked the modern decor of my room. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful. The room was very clean and cozy.

The breakfast wasn't included & no one told my husband before he began choosing things to eat. Disappointing it wasn't included especially for the high price of room!

Location was perfect, near shopping and restaurants and right off I-80. We also enjoyed the walking path and scenic nature areas right behind the hotel. We also fished in the pond and caught carp with corn. We got an updated room, and it was wonderful.

Bar/Restaurant staff weren't very attentive.

The location was good with plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was great and very helpful. Parking was easy and nearby, though not connected to the hotel.

The room smelled like raw sewage when the fan/air was running. Luckily, it wasn't that hot out, and we were able to sleep with it off. Could easily hear the people in the next room through the connecting room door.

Did not get rooms that were booked. When turned on water, at first was a rust looking color and after running, it would clear. Mattress was broke down and uncomfortable. Unable to connect to wi-fi as directions stated. Hair dryer did not work.

The hotel was out of hot water when I took a shower on Saturday morning.

My room did not have hot water till about 15 minutes after running. was offered to be moved. but at 1am was too tired. maintenance person explained what was happening. this room should not have been given to a customer. next day I was prepared to wait for my hot water but it never did arrive. a Luke warm bath 😑

REALLY NEEDS A MICROWAVE IN ROOM Needs to be easier access from parking ramp to hotel when you are a woman traveling alone. No carts in area of parking ramp to put luggage on

The hotel is beautiful in a great location. The staff were really friendly, and were able to accommodate an early check in for us. Parking was very easy and overall it was a great stay.

I would recommend having expanded hours for the River's Edge Coffee and Bites.
