The staff was terrific! Food was very good. Bed was comfortable.

No hot water for shower and no cups for the coffee. Room was ordinary

The room was very comfortable and so was the bed.

The front desk staff was very rude. They did not express to me what they needed from me and after we stood there for a minute the instructions were told to me very sternly. I wasn’t told where my room was, I had to ask and they didn’t provide a luggage cart when we had a lot. They also did not provide any information about the pool hours, hotel amenities or anything about a continental breakfast.

Location was good, great shower pressure and bed was comfortable

The outdoor pool did not look very clean. The water was cloudy and I was not comfortable getting in

The bar staff were exceptional.

Had to ask repeatedly to have our a/c in the room addressed. They ultimately had to give us another room. It was nice to get another room but it was extremely inconvenient.

The giant feather comforters were a bit much. Just a sheet and a blanket would be better.

Not up to date. Dirty popcorn ceilings in room. Dingy. Could have stayed at a cleaner hotel for less $ that offered coffee and breakfast in the morning.
