Tuvimos la mala fortuna de que hubiera una huelga del personal del hilton ( enfrente ) y el ruido exagerado no permitió que descansáramos adecuadamente , además al llegar no estaba reflejada mi reserva y nos hicieron esperar mucho tiempo para el check in

Our price gouged hotel room had a balcony that we paid through the nose for. It was not worth the insane amount of money they charged but it was nice to be able to get some fresh air whenever I began thinking about how much money I had wasted by booking early and staying at Marriott.

This Marriott price gouges. I spent nearly $500 more than I needed to because I booked early. I don't understand how this is possible, it seems Marriott only follow the law of demand and not supply. To charge $650 for a room when you have hundreds of unbooked rooms in your hotel is a fresh algorithmic hell. The only thing I can think of is that their booking website was getting a lot of traffic that day because of Blizzcon and they pumped the prices to gouge any sorry sack like myself that didn't think they were getting raked over the coals. The day of rates were $404/night, and because I booked early I was paying $650/night and $460/night. When brought to the front desks attention, they could not honor the actual price of the room and I was stuck paying the gouged rates. I love to stay at Marriott because they make you feel like an idiot for booking with them! On top of this, bathroom in our over-priced room had painted over mold or rust. Broken or missing shower equipment. The toilets downstairs had iron features that were orange with rust.

The hotel was very nice and with a luxurious feel.

There was a protest at the Hilton across the street at 6am in the morning which woke us up. The hotel staff were unsympathetic and unconcerned at this. I did not know what the protesting was for at first and felt quite scared. After some google research, I found out this happened frequently as the union workers from the Hilton were protesting for more money. The Marriott should have given us a heads up that protesting was a possibility. The hotel did provide ear plugs when we called to complain about the noise - drums, horns and chanting but it obviously did not drown out the noise.

The Staff were very nice and professional in their jobs. The breakfast Buffett was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool was a little small and the tea and coffee making arrangements were disappointing. Paper Cups, wooden stirers for spoons. Have seen better.

Bed was comfortable, towels were plentiful and the refrigerator was adequate . The room was ready when I checked in and I was given a complimentary late check to 12 noon which was perfect. The late night dining sevice was excellent by the servers and their recommendations of wine and and appetitizers was excellent while dining by the pool. Staff was friendly, personable and welcoming.

That breakfast stopped 11am and not served til noon.

I loved the concierge lounge with the breakfast. The ability to get pizza and Starbucks from downstairs. I love the elevator. It was different but I loved it. I also loved my room. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an “extra” amount for all services, for example … even though I already had a reservation, I still had to pay extra to use the internet and also for parking. and quite expensive by the way

I thought it was horrible that you had to pay extra for all kinds of services even though you already had a reservation. I had to pay for (internet, parking) for example and an absurd amount

Great location for a quick trip to Disney over a weekend stopover, the rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds & excellent cleanliness. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighbourhood felt safe and central for everything we needed.

I did expect a bigger pool area, however, it didn't impinge on our enjoyment. Some of the food vendors like pizza/coffee spot seemed to close relatively early in the evenings, which was a bit tricky. And an early morning wake up call at 6am due to a protest across the street that went on for an hour was unexpected, particularly since we were getting on a long haul flight that night. We totally understand the reasons for the protest, and support the workers, but some warning would have been helpful as we had young children with us.

In the tower where I stayed there are six elevators and it seems sufficient to serve all the guests without long waits. Bed was comfortable. Nice food options in the building.

There was a constant noise coming from the pool area, probably from the huge ventilation system devices. I was on the first floor. The noise was present day and night, I measured between 60 and 65 dB on the balcony, and about 50 dB when in bed with both window and curtains closed. Unfortunately, the staff was not able to find an equivalent accommodation on a floor higher up. I was impossible to sleep well, I had to wear my noise cancellation headphones during the night to get some rest. Very uncomfortable.

Very good quality hotel with excellent aspects such as the Market coffee shop and Slice pizza outlet. Rooms are very comfortable with superb finishes. Beds are great.

The hotel isn't really tooled for Disneyland or families. It's far more profiled towards the convention centre. As a family it's too far from Disney to walk, and the amount of business people made it feel too corporate for "holidaymakers".

Clean rooms. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

Easy location to find. Felt like a nice hotel and staff were incredibly friendly. The room service breakfast was quick and delicious

Unfortunately there were some things missing. There was no soap in the room when we arrived. The air conditioning was broken and did not work for the entire stay. We had to open the balcony door just to get some air circulating. We were sweating the whole time which made the stay unpleasant and not worth the price of the room.
