No respetaron el monto que booking me hizo y por el cual confirme y recibí un número de confirmación , me dijeron que eso era problema de ustedes y que ellos tienen otras tarifas

Clean, great location

Needed to pay for overnight parking- that adds to the price . I asked the staff for my package and they said it wasn’t there even though it was delivered. It is still at the property and I had to leave. I emailed and there was no response. Poor organization with receiving packages even though I confirmed before I booked that I would be receiving a shipment.

Good location for business purpose. Near by a nice shopping mall Comfortable and clean room, kind staff.

Breakfast could be better

Not much since we never got to stay there.

The manager refused checkin despite emails and phone calls prior to checkin verifying my adult son could checkin with DL and CC in his name.

The overall stay was great. Breakfast hours were miscommunicated to me so I missed the first day and they did nothing about it but apologize.
