Breakfast was good with multiple options. Location is good and near to many sipping malls and Portland downtown.

The facility claimed to have swimming pool but didn't have one

Staff was friendly. The shuttle to the airport was on time.

The shuttle could be more prompt. It took 40 minutes to pick me up from the airport. Also it would have been nice if the receptionist could have informed me when I was booking that they were under construction. Packing my bags form opposing ends of the hotel was odd and inconvienent.

I wasn’t told there was no pool open the night we stayed! kids were bored and very upset! Too much time waiting airport pickup and nothing to do!!!

Poor breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, and waffles tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while. Bad coffee. Despite being mostly empty, our room was located on the small front side of the hotel facing the road that was very busy. Lots of noise through the night. Ice maker didn't work on our floor. I chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. The pool, along with the hot tub, were closed for the season. In August????

Location was easy to access - we had a truck and trailer and their large parking lot with multiple entrances/exits was very helpful. Well lit at night and since it's hear the airport their shuttle was running so we liked the extra people around the property working - our vehicle felt safe. Front staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service! Breakfast had lots of options and fun sports bar & restaurant across the street and mini mart easy to walk to. Close to shopping.
