The room was spacious and like new with a great kitchen. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was average, the food was very simple.
Larger pull-out bed, we had a to get a rollaway bed so both our sons had a place to sleep as the bed was too small for 2.

The room, grounds and breakfast space were all exceptionally clean. Breakfast offered a number of options and kept very tidy. It was convenient to the Morrison Center at BSU, plus easily walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.

Hotel information not accurate upon arrival & we had to wait 2 hrs both in parking lot & lobby until our room was finally cleaned. This type of property is extended stay & have “ambassador” clients that can check out at 4pm but no one communicated this to us, we assumed we’d be able to check in at the time the hotel offers check in time at 4pm. We were given a 30 minute window upon arrival knowing after the fact our room had barely been vacated 10 minutes after we arrived at 3:50pm. Put a damper on the festivities,
Luckily the lady who cleaned the room was considerate, and offered a sincere truthful apology, walked me over & directed our family to our room. Something the front desk guy wasn’t able to muster.

Staff was friendly but rooms were not very clean. The hide a bed couch was very dirty with fuzz, hair and other stuff on it

Location was great. We walked around the nearby park, up to the downtown area and along the river. Very nice.
The front desk folk are very pleasant and treated us well. In particular, I had an early flight out and asked them to arrange transportation to the airport. They were very helpful telling me when I needed to leave the hotel to make my flight. I would have gone much earlier. And, they called back to say they would provide the transportation. The fellow who drove me was very nice, we had a nice chat along the way and he wouldn't take a gratuity. Awesome!

My husband had stayed at this hotel very recently for a business trip and did not have any issues to report. We chose to return because the location is great. We also thought we might need a kitchen. The second queen bed is a pull out couch with a terrible mattress on it, but it turned out to be a life saver for our toddler when their travel bed which sits on the floor turned out to be too cold. The other thing that was great about the room was the true black out curtains, also very helpful when putting the child to sleep. The room was clean and we had a nice interaction with the cleaning staff when we asked for more trash bags.
However, the room itself is much too noisy. I guess each unit has its own furnace and air conditioner. That utility closet is right next in the middle of the room, in a closet between the bed and the bathroom. The appliances in the kitchen are also super noisy. The fridge of course goes on and makes noise repeatedly throughout the night. Do not run the dishwasher after dinner if you want to go to sleep or even watch tv. We thankfully ran it the morning we checked out. It’s a plastic interior and extremely noisy.
