I loved the staff super nice

There was a dog in the next room barking all day and night which made it really hard to sleep and they could not move my room. Resulted in early check out not worth $200 that I paid.

Location

Breakfast room needs a good vacuuming! Understaffed. Rooms not attended to unless more than 2 nights? Bad policy. You haven’t reduced room rate, just your cost!

Location & fact that Tesla Superchargers available in attached parking garage. (Although no signage so took us at least 30min to find them)

Hotel lobby was flooded. Front desk computer unavailable. Staff person using cell phone to communicate with off-site staff with computer. Hotel elevators shut down. Garage elevator, when working, only went to 6th floor, we had to carry or luggage up 2 more flights to our room. False alarms went off multiple times in the middle of the night. Our key card stopped working after one use. Staff was trying but really couldn't handle situation.
