The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool area was very nice, we got to spend time with the family.
Breakfast choices could have been better.

Convenient, location. The gentleman that changed our room when we said there was a problem with the first one.
People, smoking on the bench that's out front. I'm highly allergic/sensitive to smoke with it that close to the door entrance😱 having to walk by and try not to inhale the odor. Light above the bathroom sink could be brighter.

It was very cleam and had all the comforts. The staff were excellent.

the front desk staff the young man didn’t read over my reservation and charged me $150 more. Now I’m still waiting for my refund.

The breakfast and pool were the reason we chose this property. They both met our expectations.
I checked in a little after after 11 p.m. due to a late flight. The woman at check in was not helpful at all, she almost seemed bothered to deal with me and my family. She said there was an issue with my reservation due to the system being down and she called and got help with it. After that was resolved I was just given my room keys. There was no information shared regarding hotel anemities as most hotels do. I asked her where breakfast was and the times since this was important to my family. My son also spotted a sign with the times so we didn't have to ask anyone again. This woman did not give any information on the wifi, so we went without the entire stay and used our own internet. I didn't find out until the last day that the hotel gave pool towels at the front desk. I realized it after seeing another family receieve some. It would have been helpful to be given the hotel rundown upon checkin. On day 2 our microwave and refrigerator stopped working resulting in food being wasted. It seems to have been only on one side of the room as I was able to move and use the microwave from another part of the room. That was difficult with small children but we made the best of the situation.
The pool was nice and never crowded when our family went.

beds were terrible, room was dirty, breakfast was disgusting, it cost $400 a night for the equivalent of a motel 8. staff was horribly rude.

clean and comfortable. police presence in the back parking lot in the middle of the night was nice as I was traveling with a trailer with valuables. going to check on my trailer during the night I saw some rabbits in the parking lot. it was cool to see wild nature around
the breakfast , stale bagels , eggs were terrible tasting the fruit was ok but you can’t really mess up fruit as you don’t make it.
