Excellent place to stay if you’re in the surprise area. Right up the block from Texas Rangers training.

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a step above the usual business class hotels.

They didn’t put any bottle water in rooms. You had to ask at the desk and then they would only give you one small bottle for two people.

We really had a wonderful Spring Training vacation at the Residence inn!

The staff was great, the facility clean, the breakfasts very good.

very clean and perfect for a few days here!

The room we were in was very dark. It was hard to get light in from the windows, due to its location on the property. The in-room lighting wasn’t sufficient to compensate. Very minor complaint.

Home away from home

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and super clean, with all the amenities you need to feel like you're at home. The hotel is in a great family-friendly area and there's so many options for food and shopping nearby. You definitely get your money's worth staying here, and it exceeded our expectations.

There is a kitchen and separate rooms

The sofa is old, deflating when seated and sliding.. Need a new one, preferably a sofa bed

Very nice

The facilities are in excellent condition. The staff are courteous and friendly. Ample parking and pet friendly. Great location for food, services and the ballpark.

The pool had a lot of black particles in the corners on the bottom. They only empty the trash from the room every other day.

The staff here was so kind and personable! The breakfast was delicious all 5 days! The breakfast/kitchen staff were awesome!!!!!

Staff great, couch not so much!

The staff, breakfast was good, rooms are spacious

The couch! OMG! The couch in the room is so uncomfortable, it was like sitting on blow up furniture. No joke! We stayed there a week and no one could sit on the couch for longer than 5 minutes it was that bad. We brought up folding chairs from our car to sit on instead.
