Breakfast was great! comfortable and big rooms. We got there on the hottest day of the year, and the AC was struggling to catch up, but it was all good!

Was so impressed by the quality of the room, its cleanliness, design, privacy.

Outside garden areas had some garbage and debris which was sad to see, some trash outside my front door. Bedside clock was one hour behind and caused me to miss most of the breakfast offerings.

It was nice that the pool was heated and that the room was large. We booked the Penthouse suite, it was spacious. The air conditioner worked well and it was reasonably priced. The water pressure in the shower was good.

For a Residence Inn this one looked runned down on the outside. It definitely didn't seem like the standard for this hotel chain. The wall electric outlets didnt work in the bathroom and different parts of the room. It was also very noisy, we could hear people shutting doors in other rooms half the night. The beds were not very comfortable, which is also not the standard for this hotel chain. When we asked the front desk for pillows or towels we had to go to the lobby ourselves to get them, which unfortunately was not very close to our room. The breakfast buffet offered was limited and not very good.

Breakfast was appealing.

The drive to the resort was nice, but the loud guess above rubbed me wrong, overshadowing the experience.
