The fridge and AC were not operating upon arrival. Light fixture in bathroom ceiling was hanging and ready to fall off. It could have injured someone. We needed to use an iron and it had to be replaced twice because the one provided in the room was not working. When I brought these to the attention of management, he brushed me off in a passive aggressive manner. You have to be professional to receive BOTH positive and negative critique. If I can’t bring this to your attention, then who do speak with? Unacceptable.

My only complaint was the breakfast. There wasn't much food to enjoy & there was no bacon which is my favorite. The orange juice & apple juice tasted weird.

We had to walk through pitch black parking lot. Spouse tripped on curb and fell on his face. Bloody swollen. Huge goose egg. Need more light
