Rooms were neat and clean. Service at the front counter is amazing.

I can't write one bad thing about this place. Met our needs plus some. Had a booking problem and the lady at front desk made it right.

Breakfast was fine but they ran out early. You had to get up early to get anything

We never got conditioner after asking several times. Rooms aren't cleaned except when you leave. We had to share a washcloth and beg for a clean towel. We also begged for conditioner and never got any. We tried asking housekeeping in the hall and the manager snapped at us not to speak to them because they don't speak English (they don't speak any English at all). He said to go to desk which we did several times and never got any. Rooms were very hot at night because they control the temperature even though the thermostat is on wall. It doesn't work. Sheets had stains and didn't appear to be clean. We stayed there 5 years ago and it was wonderful but not anymore. We were told after we were checking out that they would adjust our bill for inconvenience and they never did so they lie too. Would NEVER stay there again. We would sleep in car first. Horrible all the way around.

Excellent location near the interstate and very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

Only shears on the windows with no way to block lights from the parking lot and Hampton Inn. No early check in available.

People we very friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. We liked the area beyond the pool where you could site outside and enjoy the view. Got a great recommendation for dinner from Bailey who checked us in.

Front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Pool area was nice and breakfast was great! Lots of options. Restaurant across the street.

Loud AC would kick off and on all night, woke us up several times. Recommend bringing a noise maker fan to dull the Air Conditioner noise issue.

Loved the room..

We didn't like that we were on the second floor.. And we were behind the pavilion of the entrance of the building.. So we could not enjoy the view of the mountain.

All one could ask for in a roadside hotel. Clean, nice indoor heated pool with customer friendly hours, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter so this was a big plus. The complimentary breakfast was way above average. Great shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The young man who checked us in was joyfully pleasant. We didn’t use it, but the hotel has a wonderfully comfortable outdoor seating area looking down from the hill on the night-time lights. Walmart is right across the street, and if complimentary breakfasts leaves one hungry there is a Waffle House nearby.

I was totally satisfied.

Beautiful area. Near Walmart. The beds were EXCEPTIONAL! Some of the best comfortable hotel beds we have stayed at.

2 queen bed room was on the smaller side.

I booked & paid via booking.com but the hotel charged my credit card again for our stay! After a few emails via booking.com but no reply we rang the hotel & they rectified the error without any issue.

It was not a friendly place. My husband and I travel quite a bit. And have always loved TN because of how friendly the people are. But this place is different. The staff never welcomed us for example they never spoke unless you spoke to them they never said good morning or can I help you with anything. Yes the rooms were clean at least ours was and yes it is a good location but not a welcoming place at all Next door is a Hampton Inn and I wish we would have gone there. Our trash was not picked up we had no clean towels no toilet paper and when my husband called the front desk the man said well you are only staying for 3 days can’t you reuse your towels. We do bath every day not once a week and it would be nice to dry off on a dry towel not a wet or semi wet one. We had brought back left over pizza to our room and by the second stay the smell was pretty strong in the room to the point of stinking because they did not pick up the trash. Finally my husband said enough we paid a lot of money for this room and we should get clean dry towels every day and the trash emptied each day that is not being unreasonable. The man at the counter said well the cleaning staff did not make it to your floor and my husband said that is not true we seen her cleaning another room when we left and assumed she would do ours as well. The man said well I am here by myself and can not bring you dry towels so my husband was polite and said ok I will be down. He gathered up the wet towels and the two small trash cans that were full and took them down to the front desk and laid them right on the desk and said to the man I need these trash cans emptied and dry towels. And the man had lied about being alone there was a woman working with him the same woman who never greeted anyone that entered or left the hotel. Next time we will stay at the Hampton Inn for sure !!!
