The check in around 3-4pm and the girl at counter was encredibly pleasant and helpful, the text messages from staff asking if all was to our satisfaction. The friendliness of all staff encountered.

We loved our ground floor room, near the lobby and the ice machine. We had easy access into and out of our room with it's perfect location, and could see our vehicle from our window. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, both the convenience and the food itself. The staff we encountered were all just great.
The vent fan in the bathroom needs to be working.

I liked the location and the continental breakfast.
I asked that my room be cleaned and it wasn't. I didn't even get clean covers to change the bed myself. They didn't always have clean towels.

Breakfast was great
The bed in our room had protruding parts at the base that hurt my husbands legs a few times. He would come near the bed and get hurt by these plastic pieces that held the bed or were there for some kind of support for the bed.
