The staff was amazing. very polite and helpful.

We paid for a double queen and I am pretty sure we had two double beds. also, the floor in our room was very uneven, it was odd. There was a big dip in it.

Staff were friendly.

Room floor slanted several inches from hallway to window/outside wall. And floor felt very unstable. Also, hotel (especially elevator) had a strong musty odor.

The breakfast was so so. No fruit and not a lot of options. It seems like they were low on supplies and beverages- only water available in the juice dispenser. Waffles seem to be the breakfast of choice and I was not able to get one because a family must have made 5 or 6 at a time. I was in room 120 and the walls by the door and bathroom look like they may have received water damage some time in the past and they really need some attention. The price was overpriced

Everything was very clean..... that is so important ‼️ The staff were all very helpful and nice.

The room is very musty. The carpet needs to be torn up and replaced as it feels and smells like it was soaked at some point and not properly aired out.
