Hotel charged card twice had to get a refund.

We arrived a little earlier then planned. They were still able to give us a room. The rooms were still being cleaned. We were planning on a suite with 1 bedroom. (The suite has a living room, bedroom and kitchen. They gave us one that actually had 2 bedroom. With their own bath. Yes there were a few minor things that needed attention. But nothing we couldn't handle. The room was great. comfy beds. Staff all friendly. Breakfast, lots of choices. Hot nice. The hotel was quiet & clean. Even the parking lot was clean.

Hotel still has hot tub unlike the Hampton Inn. They filled theirs in. Front desk staff great. Left my key cards in the room and they quickly made me a new one.
On check out day , house keeping knocked on door a couple of hours before check out time. Not necessary, front desk should contact them upon check out.

Great helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Very outdated and dingy. All the tile and woodwork in the room was dingy and paint was chipped and peeling off. Didnt feel very clean. Pretty basic for a quick stay. Beds seemed clean.

Beds were comfy, rooms were decent.
Took my family here for 2 nights. It's a DECENT hotel. Beds are comfy. We had a 2 room suite and a 1 room suite. Definitely would've expected more for the price we paid but I guess it was more for the area.... there are a ton of restaurants and plenty of shopping around.

Friendly people, didn't have any issues, quiet and comfortable.
Still no real breakfast, still mask mandate. Have to sign up to use pool.

It was ok. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good.
That when you made reservations over two months ago you come to Hotel at 11pm to check in and you are told your room is not ready. The staff was rude telling us she’s disappointed in the pool with our boys swimming. The staff was unfriendly.

It was loud after 11pm . Kids and adults where very loud in hallways. 😔

The room was really nice and so big! The pool and hot tub were nice and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly.
