Pool broken..... hot tub broken.... not enough USB outlets or power outlets and breakfast wasn't very good.

Location is very convenient and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Nothing, everything was wonderful! Wish our stay could have been longer!

I had reserved the hotel using my debit card for the non-prepayment option on Booking.com. I arrived and wanted to pay cash for the room. I was informed that cash was not acceptable and my stay was required to be put on either a credit card or a debit card. We had to leave due to this policy ans found another hotel that was willing to work with us.

The front desk employee, Glenda was super nice and thoughtful.

Would have been nice to have the stream service already logged in on the tv.

The property was extremely clean.

I have no complaints.
