Great price for the loctaion, very close to the Corporate Research Center.
A little far from downtown so if you want to be closer to Virginia Tech's campus you will want a different hotel.

Room was nice. Bed not so great. Bathroom was a little bit warn. In need of some repair.
The hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine.

Great room !!
Room was never touched by housekeeping. We would not leave room until about 10 AM, and had do not disturb on door. Took sign off when we left room. Beds never made, no trash can emptying etc.

Overall very clean, staff was so friendly and Bistro restaurant had great quality food for reasonable prices.
Could hear conversations in the bathroom from other guests. Also indoor pool wasnt open.

nothing the property had no lights or backup system when the lights were cut off mid stay we stayed about 4 hrs then we left .the front desk the next day we’re rude when I called to get my refund the maintenance was very rude the only pleasant person their was the lady at the desk when the lights went out
they didn’t have electricity and the staff were very rude

Great quality of rooms: glass glasses, great bathroom design, comfy desk.
Squeaky beds. There is also not many things walking distance though the First & Main mall is not too far of a walk.

Room was clean, cozy feeling, bed was comfortable
Room was on the first floor next to lobby, lots of people walking by 430 am talking and making noise. I should have realized this when I arrived and asked to be moved. Lesson learned for the future
