The staff was awesome, and the room really met our needs as a family. The breakfast was great as well.
The beds weren't comfortable and the pillows were like pancakes. The couch also sagged in the middle so we avoided sitting in the center of it. One of the bath tubs had a few long strands of hair in it but I assumed they were the cleaning ladies'.

The bed was not the Marriot bed or pillows I thought they use to be. Not comfortable to me.

Most things were as described. Neat,clean.
The air freshener in the room just about killed me. So strong I had to unplug it and vent the room.

I booked this hotel and thought I canceled it since my friend said I could stay in her room at this hotel. Come to find out I didn't cancel it in time. The front office lady was very helpful and I didn't end up getting charged for the room I didn't use. I still stayed at the hotel so I can give a honest review. I've stayed in a lot of hotels within a 30 minute drive of this area and this one was my favorite. The breakfast was the best I've had. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
We stayed in a second building and needed to go outside to get to the other building for breakfast. My friend had a broken foot so it was slow going. Not the end of the world but it was very cold. It wouldn't dissuade me from staying here again.

Separate bedrooms and location.
Over priced for poor quality of room run down. Beds were worn down and hard as a rock. Extra blankets for pull out couch were as rough as sand paper. Dresser drawers didn’t work properly.
Needs more of a variety for breakfast food.
And last but least we had really noisy neighbors and mentioned it to the front desk a few times to ask if they could ask them to keep it down so at least our grand babies could sleep at night. Staff failed to do so….let’s say we did not get great sleep and we had cranky kids because of it. And when we left and mentioned the issue to the front desk staff they didn’t seem to care.

Breakfast was okay however, there should be a variety of different choices.
Living room furnitures are old and uncomfortable. Exhaust fan in the kitchen doesn’t have a ventilation duct to outside, it just circulate inside the room.
