Terrible “breakfast “ was a brown bag of processed foods

There was no coffee available in the lobby- the Bistro was closed

I like the room it was nice and clean and comfortable.

Location was great. Room was nice & spacious.

The staff was unpleasant. A few were nice but the first staff member we met was rude. She huffed every time she had to answer the phone & had a tone with us when we asked just simple questions. I tried to show her my booking number on the app from booking this stay and instead of her reading my full name to show our reservation she just argued that I had the “incorrect number” when I literally just pulled up the app to show her my confirmation. Once we finally got in our room there was food in the fridge from the previous guests & hair on the shower walls.

Breakfast in a bag. Ok. I understand why.

Mattress was far to soft. Din not like the shower. No tub.

It was clean and the location is great

Double rooms beds are to small

I loved everything about this property!
